Founded in 2020 but established since 1960.
FASTENRY began as a small business in 2020 through the acquisition of JT Thomas, a fastener distributor for the SoCal construction and manufacturing industries.
In 2022 JT Thomas was re-branded to JFASTENERS as part of the launch of our e-commerce site, JFASTENERS.com. JFASTENERS began expanding nationwide as a distributor of Brighton-Best, Intercorp, Drill-co, Star Stainless, and Stelfast products.
In 2023, JFASTENERS acquired Prairie State Screw & Bolt, a trusted partner for bulk, custom and hard-to-find fasteners, in addition to OEM products and specialty timber bolts.
Since then we have grown into a leading provider of precision-engineered components serving industries worldwide under the new FASTENRY brand.
Today, FASTENRY is trusted by engineers and procurement professionals in aerospace, automotive, medical, energy, and industrial sectors for both standard and custom-engineered solutions.

Patrick is a former banker who acquired a fastener manufacturing company to pursue hands-on leadership in industrial operations. With a background in M&A and strategic finance, he now focuses on modernizing legacy manufacturing companies and driving sustainable growth.
